Jill L. Gafner is Owner of Global Training Experts located in Shelby Township, Michigan. 

• Jill is proficient in supply chain performance and process control.  Jill’s knowledge and discipline were achieved through seventeen years (1991-2008) at Chrysler LLC.  Known for her supplier support and performance coaching techniques, she has successfully delivered over 1200 international training hours in China, Korea, India, Mexico and Austria.  Jill has held various positions within Procurement, Delivery and Supplier Quality (SQ). 
  
  
• Prior to the launch of Global Training Experts, Jill held the title of Supplier Quality Training & Development Specialist, responsible for the SQ training of Chrysler’s Tier I global supply base and internal SQ personnel. 
  
  
• Jill has been acknowledged by Executive Management levels holding multiple Vice President and Director awards for performing extremely complex program delivery to audiences in excess of 600 individuals at one time. 
  
  
• On average, Jill has coached 1500 people per year on multiple processes and procedures.  As a communication expert, she has also worked with Executive personnel to enhance their presentation skills.  Jill is certified in Transactional Greenbelt, Value Stream Mapping and holds a Leadership Certificate from Dale Carnegie.
  
  
• In 2006 she authored “Personal Positioning”, a motivational guide for caregivers on staying mentally healthy while caring for their patients.  Jill’s successful message has been promoted on local television networks as well as newspapers in Michigan.
  
  
• Gafner has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
